Raw Hair: All Raw hair weighs between 3.3-3.6 oz. All hair is single donor so weight may differ. For RAW Cambodian hair we recommend at least 3 bundles and 4 bundles for those who prefer more voluminous hair.
Burmese hair is very full hair 3 bundles are just fine for a full head.
For lengths longer than 24" we recommend 4+ bundles.
Our Clip Ins are designed to give you the maximum volume and length so all you'll need is one bundle however, if you like a lot of hair, two packs will be needed. The weight we mentioned on our website refers the total weight of the hair you will order without the clips attached
3 single bundles are good for a full head. If using closure/frontal, 2-2.5 bundles are good.
CURLY: This texture is for those with Loose waves and curls. Matches hair type 3A/3B
KINKY CURLY: This is a a tighter curl pattern and has a slight kinkiness to it as well. Matches hair types 4B/4C
COILY: This texture has the tightest curl of them all. Made for textures that are kinky, course, and tight. Matches hair types 4B/4C
YAKI/KINKY STRAIGHT: This hair texture is similar to textures that have been pressed or permed and can be air dried or blown out. Even when hair is relaxed or pressed, it rarely becomes Silky Straight; there will always be kinks or curls that refuse to cooperate with the perm/press.

With proper maintenance and gentle care, Official Growth Garden’s natural virgin textures can last 2+ years, while our RAW hair can last 4+ years.
Our collection was created with longevity in mind, offering a garden of textures designed to beautifully mimic a variety of natural hair patterns—from 4C kinky to raw straight. With the proper care routine, your hair can remain beautiful, soft, and reusable for years to come.
The lifespan of your hair will ultimately depend on how often it is worn, how it is maintained, and the products and styling methods used.
All orders are processed as soon as they are placed. In-stock hair orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. Custom orders, including wigs, require additional processing time. Please allow 7–10 business days for custom orders to ship.
Once your order ships, USPS delivery typically takes an additional 2–3 business days.
International orders require 7-10 business days for processing and 3-5 business days for shipping.
If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend contacting us before placing your order to confirm availability and estimated processing time.
We do offer local pickup, however, our storefront is currently undergoing an exciting transformation as we create a newer, elevated shopping experience for our customers.
Storefront pickup will be available again soon! In the meantime, local pickup options are still available for online orders. Pickup details and instructions will be provided once your order is ready.

RAW Hair is 100% unprocessed, single-donor hair with no chemical or steam processing. Because it comes from a single donor, each bundle is naturally unique—color, texture, and curl pattern may vary slightly. Think of RAW hair as sisters, not twins! With proper care, RAW hair can last 4+ years and is an excellent choice for those looking for a more natural, long-lasting investment.
Virgin Hair is also uncolored and minimally processed, but it may come from 1–2 donors per bundle and can undergo steaming or other processing to achieve a more uniform curl pattern. Because of this processing, the texture and curl pattern are more consistent from bundle to bundle. With proper care, Virgin Hair can last 2+ years.
In short: RAW Hair offers a more natural, unique texture and greater longevity, while Virgin Hair offers a more consistent, uniform texture at a different price point.
Our Raw Cambodian Rare Blends collection features one-of-a-kind bundles with unique shades, curl patterns, and textures that fall outside of our standard collection. These bundles offer the same beautiful quality as our traditional Raw Cambodian hair, but with more distinctive characteristics.
Rare Blends may include naturally unique or ombré shades, coarse or uncommon curl patterns, bundles weighing less than our standard 90 grams, or pre-colored bundles that were colored by the original donor before being collected and resold.
Each Rare Blend is unique, limited in availability, and sold exactly as shown. No two bundles or sets are guaranteed to be identical, so we encourage you to carefully review the photos, weight, length, color, and texture details before purchasing.
All Raw Cambodian Rare Blends are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted.
Yes! We ship internationally through UPS, FedEx, or DHL. International orders may require additional processing time, and delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance.
Customers are responsible for all applicable duties, tariffs, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and related charges, unless included at checkout. These costs are separate from shipping fees and are not covered or reimbursed by Official Growth Garden, except where required by law.
Please respond promptly to customs or carrier requests to avoid delays or additional charges.
Returned, Refused, or Unclaimed Packages
Refusing delivery or failing to pay customs charges does not automatically qualify an order for a refund. If a package is returned because it was refused, unclaimed, or addressed incorrectly by the customer, any eligible refund may be reduced by actual, nonrecoverable shipping, return shipping, customs, and storage costs, to the extent permitted by law. Additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Need your order by a specific date? Contact us before purchasing to confirm availability and estimated timing.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return your item for store credit or an exchange. All returns must be approved by Official Growth Garden before being sent back. If your return is approved, you will have 7–10 days to return the item. Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original labels and packaging attached.
To request a return, please contact customer support at support@officialgrowthgarden.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once an RMA number is provided, please securely package your item in its original packaging and mail it to the return address provided. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, and we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 10 days from the date your item is received for processing. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: RAW Hair and the FOR NATURALS Hair Collection, Hair Products, and Grooming Tools. Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Because orders are processed promptly after they are placed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled or changed once it has been submitted. If you need to make a change or request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@officialgrowthgarden.com. We will review the status of your order and let you know if the requested change can be accommodated.
If an order has already entered processing or fulfillment, it may not be eligible for cancellation or modification. In these cases, our standard return policy will apply to eligible items. Please note that simply stating that another person placed the order does not automatically qualify the order for cancellation or a refund.
Raw hair is real human hair with natural characteristics that make each bundle unique. Please review the following before ordering to make sure the hair you choose fits your expectations and maintenance routine.
Color Options & Natural Variations
We sell hair in natural black, natural brown, and jet black, depending on the product. Please review the individual listing for the color offered.
Natural black and natural brown bundles may vary in shade, undertone, and highlights. Some bundles may contain minimal gray hairs, which is normal for natural human hair. Natural black does not necessarily mean jet black.
Hair sold as jet black has been dyed to achieve its color. It is not the same as uncolored, naturally black raw hair. Previously dyed hair may respond differently to bleaching or additional coloring.
We do not guarantee an exact shade match between natural-color bundles within the same order or across separate purchases. Photos and videos are references; lighting and screen settings can affect how colors appear.
If you need lighter-colored bundles for bleaching or a particular coloring service, contact us before purchasing to discuss availability. Requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
Texture & Bundle Variations
Wave and curl patterns may vary between bundles, even within the same texture collection. Washing, styling, and humidity can also affect how the pattern appears. Natural variation alone does not mean the hair is defective or of lower quality.
Bundle Weight & Fullness
Our bundles weigh between 90 and 100 grams per bundle. Longer bundles distribute that weight over more length, so they may appear less full than shorter bundles of the same weight. The number of bundles needed depends on your desired length, style, and fullness. Contact us before ordering if you need help choosing.
Length & Measurement
Wavy and curly hair should be gently stretched straight when measuring. Its natural pattern makes it appear shorter when worn without stretching. Length refers to the longest strands; individual strands naturally vary in length.
Shedding & Tangling
Raw hair is not maintenance-free. Some shedding is normal, and tangling can occur with friction, buildup, dryness, or improper care. Cutting wefts, chemical processing, and excessive heat may increase shedding or damage. We do not promise zero shedding or zero tangling.
Care & Maintenance
Raw hair must be treated with consistent care. Gently detangle from the ends upward, cleanse and condition regularly, and avoid excessive product buildup. Curly textures generally require more frequent detangling and moisture than straighter textures. Protect the hair while sleeping, and avoid sleeping with or storing the hair wet.
Coloring & Heat Styling
We recommend consulting a professional stylist and performing a strand test before any chemical service. Darker hair may require more processing to achieve lighter shades, and hair sold as dyed jet black may be more difficult to lighten evenly.
Bleaching, excessive heat, and improper processing may cause dryness, breakage, or changes to the natural pattern. We cannot guarantee a specific bleaching or coloring result or that curls will remain unchanged after processing.
Longevity
How long your hair lasts depends on installation, wear, maintenance, heat use, and chemical processing. Raw hair can be reused with proper care, but no specific lifespan is guaranteed.
Inspect Before Installing
Please inspect your order upon arrival to confirm the correct items, lengths, and listed color. Contact us with any concerns before washing, coloring, cutting, installing, or otherwise altering the hair, and keep the original packaging so we can review the issue.
Returns & Color Preferences
We do not accept returns solely because you prefer a different naturally occurring shade, received minimal gray hairs, expected perfectly identical bundles, or expected the hair to lift to a specific color, except where required by law. The natural color and texture variations described above are expected characteristics of raw hair.
Any return must follow our posted return policy and receive approval before being sent back. This does not affect your rights if an item is incorrect, defective, or materially different from its description.
