Shipping policy

US Orders All orders are shipped through United States Postal Service (USPS) and can take 2-3 Business Days for delivery. Please allow 7-10 business days to process all custom orders.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address. Official Growth Garden ships all orders based on the address given at the time the order is placed. Please verify your address before placing your order. If your order contains the wrong address please notify us via email support@officialgrowthgarden.com. If the customer enters an incorrect address on a package that has been sent out the customer must reach out to the carrier to intercept the package.

If a package is returned to us for any reason (i.e. damage during delivery, incorrect address) we will issue a replacement or store credit within 5 business days, We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked delivered to a customer. It is the customers responsibility to reach out to the carrier to resolve any issues with lost or stolen packages.

Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase at Official Growth Garden. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, y­­ou may return your item to us for store credit or an exchange. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original labels and packaging attached.

Return Process

To return an item, email customer support at support@officialgrowthgarden.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you be email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions

The Following items cannot be returned or exchanged: RAW and FOR NATURALS hair collection, Hair Products, Grooming Tools.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please note sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
